- Since cargo companies carry products in different sizes and weights, your shipment may be damaged, even if it is rare. For this reason, when receiving your cargo, you should definitely check every part of its packaging; You should not take delivery of the product in case of problems such as torn, broken, crushed, obvious deformation in the box.
- Be sure to return the packages that you think are damaged by keeping a report to the cargo authority. All products are delivered to cargo companies undamaged and properly packaged. However, in case of product deformations caused by transportation, if you receive the product without checking, the cargo does not accept responsibility in this regard. Our company is not responsible for damaged products.
- If you send us the product information that you did not receive due to damage in the cargo, together with the report, it will be sent again.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you want to return the product you ordered on our website or Instagram without receiving it, you can send us an e-mail at mayakidsroom@gmail.com. After your return is done, the product price will be refunded to your card.
If the product you want to return has been shipped, please do not take delivery of the cargo, give it to the cargo company without opening the package.
If you want to return or exchange, you can contact us by phone or e-mail within 14 working days. If a return or exchange is requested due to a defect in the product, you can first contact our company. When your return or exchange is approved; You can send the product with our contracted cargo to which information will be given to you, with our company's payment. It is not a production error; for changes and returns, due to reasons such as not fitting in, not liking the room, etc., the shipping fee does not belong to our company.
Products to be returned or exchanged must be properly packaged and shipped in their original packaging.
After the returned product reaches the warehouse, it is checked and the product price is refunded if it meets the return conditions. The refund of the product price is made according to your payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
